Does the theater have an age restriction on audience members?No.
Is the theater wheelchair accessible?Yes, please note that your need handicapped seating in the “Have Special Needs” section while making your reservation.
How long is the show?The running time of Part One is 2 hours and 40 minutes and Part Two is 2 hours and 35 minutes (incl. one 20 min. intermissions per Part).
Do audiences need to know anything in particular about the seating arrangements?(First come, first served, etc.) The show will begin promptly at the performance start time shown on your ticket. It is advisable to be in your seat 15 minutes prior to the start time, as the play will start at the designated time. Please note that latecomers are not admitted until the intermission.
Does the theater or venue have a dress code or specific attire policy?No.
Does the venue serve food/drinks/concessions?Yes, Lyric Bars and Snack Shop open one hour prior to showtime. You can skip the lines by downloading Ordertorium (iTunes / Google Play) and have your items brought to your seat.
Does the show use any sort of special effects that may be irritating to audiences (i.e. strobe lights)?Yes.
When should audiences arrive for the show?Arrive one hour before the start time. Latecomers are not admitted until the intermission.
Are there any ticket redemption policies in place?Your printed E-ticket document is required to exchange for your theater tickets. Tickets are being held for you at the box office, under the name displayed on your voucher. Tickets may be picked up at the box office any time the day of the performance. It is recommended you retrieve your tickets at least one hour prior to showtime.
What is the seating procedure if I arrive late to the performance?If you arrive late you will not be admitted into the theatre until intermission.
What security procedures are in place at the theater/venue?- Full security checks will be taking place at the Lyric Theatre. Once you have your tickets, please join the queue located on 43rd Street. - No suitcases or large bags will be allowed into the theatre building and there will be no storage space immediately outside. Please make arrangements to leave suitcases and large bags elsewhere. - All admissible bags will be searched upon each entry to the theatre. Any dangerous items or professional photography, video or audio recording equipment will not be allowed into the building. This is a condition of entry. - Please note that you will be checked prior to admittance for both Parts One and Two, and if you leave the theatre at any point you will be checked again prior to re-admittance.
Is there an intermission? If so, how long is it?There is a 20-minute intermission for part 1 between part 2.
